I believe i haven't swatched <b>Chi Chi </b>in ages, anyways this particular polish belongs to the <i>Party Princess</i> collection. I don't know it's exact name because they don't label the polishes you buy in the collection so I'm calling it dark purple. These are only available when you buy the whole collection. <br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjqSpFevKBAHqxU1wizekRONZ1wZ7jsHxr0vB9ewTenPsLvLzevUdovHX_ObNEfNOqdZZNQoB5L53pUV5K8-jG5PhGU1ACd_LxCI6F9-ZmFSAP_B4ftRkGXRwhoMqXYhtHzWysM0lZ1Csw/s640/blogger-image--1724418196.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjqSpFevKBAHqxU1wizekRONZ1wZ7jsHxr0vB9ewTenPsLvLzevUdovHX_ObNEfNOqdZZNQoB5L53pUV5K8-jG5PhGU1ACd_LxCI6F9-ZmFSAP_B4ftRkGXRwhoMqXYhtHzWysM0lZ1Csw/s640/blogger-image--1724418196.jpg"></a></div>The polish formula was amazing, literally i was shocked when i used this. It glided on perfectly onto the nail and dried super fast. I cannot find a flaw, no jokes. <br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi1sOmL0WTmw-JNRo17eqdzmWNduOjjJm8AGH7jiZV69bbDjyrNmEbeaF3oasG8qD3JPMWobgvtO1H1v1tV7IO5hXopzbMvvXsV-RpVxSpn2tmXB3EMBRznRCNOaERaU3Mbgpl3F3gc1LY/s640/blogger-image-204778909.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi1sOmL0WTmw-JNRo17eqdzmWNduOjjJm8AGH7jiZV69bbDjyrNmEbeaF3oasG8qD3JPMWobgvtO1H1v1tV7IO5hXopzbMvvXsV-RpVxSpn2tmXB3EMBRznRCNOaERaU3Mbgpl3F3gc1LY/s640/blogger-image-204778909.jpg"></a></div>It didnt even require much clean up and very easy to use, literally this mani took about 10 minutes including drying time. Now for me that's impressive. It's a lovely purple with a bit of a fine particle glitter effect to it, i don't know if the photo shows it well. Photos don't do it justice. <br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhsFOYwyARe5TiLrfmNXrimnB4UcrXtX-IzktLKiPlt_9o5F1eHi-q9FYVoupA4ObJzQlIeFTM6zAFZ_Yke1sm1VkmgPJC1sgsQyrZEo2xH7XY2ERUVpGTVso9fL2T-l3yK-cnjN7vQs8A/s640/blogger-image-1857785362.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhsFOYwyARe5TiLrfmNXrimnB4UcrXtX-IzktLKiPlt_9o5F1eHi-q9FYVoupA4ObJzQlIeFTM6zAFZ_Yke1sm1VkmgPJC1sgsQyrZEo2xH7XY2ERUVpGTVso9fL2T-l3yK-cnjN7vQs8A/s640/blogger-image-1857785362.jpg"></a></div>I was very pleased with the outcome and got asked by many what polish i used. I definitely see myself using this more often. I don't really use purples much but i think after using this that may possibly change.<br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg2rxSYJY-RImlc6Gb-v6yO1J8TmA29S4tDJDsgURBZukGTdv54NQu4QIUZdMX4jayYDVmJaaDpKheBid1azHBt35FfAf_dePYL-mvtlFOcNZaMgthAM4G8qlwE8fwloie5bkKRBGEz9CM/s640/blogger-image--1136494854.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg2rxSYJY-RImlc6Gb-v6yO1J8TmA29S4tDJDsgURBZukGTdv54NQu4QIUZdMX4jayYDVmJaaDpKheBid1azHBt35FfAf_dePYL-mvtlFOcNZaMgthAM4G8qlwE8fwloie5bkKRBGEz9CM/s640/blogger-image--1136494854.jpg"></a></div>The above photos were taken in natural light during the day. Today i have a swatch of <b>Australis </b><i>Aqua. </i><span style="-webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.292969); -webkit-composition-fill-color: rgba(175, 192, 227, 0.230469); -webkit-composition-frame-color: rgba(77, 128, 180, 0.230469);">I apologise for the photos, they kind of look foggy and not so clear. I don't know what happened. I will do another swatch of this polish but in the meantime here is <i>Aqua.</i></span><br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjx55jxNb9fzhGnrGsvXo6pHAw1IT0VCrYVxOxdgXtDbKUQYMHayf6MReFQhML5ufHb93nEc_GBJI-NCrBriKTc1dypMS63PDPC2EktOaGWd9KFvEZlJIjKBDRxKUvR89_N_F2DWJhoCVM/s640/blogger-image--1711728922.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjx55jxNb9fzhGnrGsvXo6pHAw1IT0VCrYVxOxdgXtDbKUQYMHayf6MReFQhML5ufHb93nEc_GBJI-NCrBriKTc1dypMS63PDPC2EktOaGWd9KFvEZlJIjKBDRxKUvR89_N_F2DWJhoCVM/s640/blogger-image--1711728922.jpg"></a></div>I think the name is spot on with the colour. If you haven't used <b>Australis </b>polishes before what are you waiting for. They have one of the best formulas I've ever seen and used. They apply very easily and are completely streak free. I used 2 light coats here and i did notice it was a little sheer, so maybe i needed a 3rd coat.<br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj_Xv2jYqtVIyNW1_DpE8ynzx4H5zRxxs608WhU3Yx3I5pixbroQEnaQPtFqxzm7co3g8rdlqZ3Uh_mn1ca__NJo8_gOOj8rMrPD1sVOmK_TZVsqwDazJpCrK3TzOpfZx_YvAXXxOnk2bg/s640/blogger-image-1510116409.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj_Xv2jYqtVIyNW1_DpE8ynzx4H5zRxxs608WhU3Yx3I5pixbroQEnaQPtFqxzm7co3g8rdlqZ3Uh_mn1ca__NJo8_gOOj8rMrPD1sVOmK_TZVsqwDazJpCrK3TzOpfZx_YvAXXxOnk2bg/s640/blogger-image-1510116409.jpg"></a></div>I'm a huge sucker for blue polishes, in fact i have more blue polishes than any other colour and this definitely is a beautiful colour. As for drying time, it was great. It dried really well. So that is always a good thing. I am yet to find a bad thing to say about <b>Australis </b>polishes.<br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjGbxyHd73TCwef_FBBAYorbDOYv8FjTLjYxtEpf55aorVRQlCngYilFv89ZpzuxOn1CF3NvB2Zhyq2nIMfxGHCZhdJ0W9fShCSpPH4PmPYuOsq2IXpaF88RpyfZbOLhlxhnVyXHAN6zbY/s640/blogger-image-45369938.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjGbxyHd73TCwef_FBBAYorbDOYv8FjTLjYxtEpf55aorVRQlCngYilFv89ZpzuxOn1CF3NvB2Zhyq2nIMfxGHCZhdJ0W9fShCSpPH4PmPYuOsq2IXpaF88RpyfZbOLhlxhnVyXHAN6zbY/s640/blogger-image-45369938.jpg"></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">So do you like <b>Australis </b>polishes? I've been eyeing this particular nail polish for ages. So i went out last week and bought it. This is <i>Mint Sorbet </i>by <b>Sally Hansen</b>.<br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjAdSOPK5fqKint0hyphenhyphenAiY_qyI61OILORq4hkJsVcYhLGMGnZ6JgID7J2BaSuxetRCLlG_4yF3fWVrdUTS4Xdq_S6NQLryXvAKsJFOmSPQxAhn7Bf3hs-B6bV4IIL56SQA9PABzVR4ih8Q/s640/blogger-image-1225991262.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhjAdSOPK5fqKint0hyphenhyphenAiY_qyI61OILORq4hkJsVcYhLGMGnZ6JgID7J2BaSuxetRCLlG_4yF3fWVrdUTS4Xdq_S6NQLryXvAKsJFOmSPQxAhn7Bf3hs-B6bV4IIL56SQA9PABzVR4ih8Q/s640/blogger-image-1225991262.jpg"></a></div>I will admit that I've been loving the <b>Sally Hansen</b> <i>Xtreme Wear</i> polishes because they have great formula. This was also the case for <i>Mint Sorbet</i>. It was easy to use, applying was a breeze, great dry time and the consistency of the polish was awesome.<br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi6lSrbvf_o2tqyr8ExJ-XqTfQLSDsgbcqLV-aBSacNYm6t2ivCRv-WFUCXZ4Dwf8snxm7zLWKN-YjdzLZqBO4KSy1UfEL9aIezzPaNWvyIUQGyySo85I1dJYIEMC5b8l8l-9Z0IA2cLXo/s640/blogger-image--1939445953.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi6lSrbvf_o2tqyr8ExJ-XqTfQLSDsgbcqLV-aBSacNYm6t2ivCRv-WFUCXZ4Dwf8snxm7zLWKN-YjdzLZqBO4KSy1UfEL9aIezzPaNWvyIUQGyySo85I1dJYIEMC5b8l8l-9Z0IA2cLXo/s640/blogger-image--1939445953.jpg"></a></div>This whole manicure took about 7 minutes. If you've been following me for a little while, you'll know that i love my green nail polishes and the colour of this is amazing. It's already become a favourite of mine.<br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh2eYgreV3elocw-yPaG1IYWS1QI3CL5rK3WK7VIArgIdriRhh7F-PFw2QUgy-PgLL4KT92cxhLhaNuW3tIXilcHOPNxL8xvePlVh_RZTjWZmw7QbXHCv6GXyO5nhCuHq1N08HFjCm2kA4/s640/blogger-image-1876542601.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh2eYgreV3elocw-yPaG1IYWS1QI3CL5rK3WK7VIArgIdriRhh7F-PFw2QUgy-PgLL4KT92cxhLhaNuW3tIXilcHOPNxL8xvePlVh_RZTjWZmw7QbXHCv6GXyO5nhCuHq1N08HFjCm2kA4/s640/blogger-image-1876542601.jpg"></a></div>I also like the fact that the nail polish doesnt look streaky or messy on my nails, which can be a real eye sore. If you haven't tried this yet, give it a go.<br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj9JroxLNXluv5AplY6yMGQ21uSUe4qVf2qEQvEW9iNzI7WJj9L-Q3Umi7hWsP1X1IhtZo0-fq3DYr3XQEqLbJ1i0QMlYwVMCX1wAqU1zJhsflG5Y1jxfe_H2UzqNkTIiBT6a9ihf8lp54/s640/blogger-image-1386983575.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj9JroxLNXluv5AplY6yMGQ21uSUe4qVf2qEQvEW9iNzI7WJj9L-Q3Umi7hWsP1X1IhtZo0-fq3DYr3XQEqLbJ1i0QMlYwVMCX1wAqU1zJhsflG5Y1jxfe_H2UzqNkTIiBT6a9ihf8lp54/s640/blogger-image-1386983575.jpg"></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">What do you think about this colour? So this is how the stickers look. You get 14 stickers, which vary in sizes.<br>

<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjvPHXxhCZUhg5KUbeKuW9BERP6EXzfVmytlhg3d6j-x5LtHAJFbN-nahhwEBSJJVK_svPKj_4TdwSxL43uP3CwzfnX0PNqQqt7j8XNrx15zGX_wgL3UqZcTZbFyIUAYjacFsT9dVx77L8/s640/blogger-image--2100226833.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjvPHXxhCZUhg5KUbeKuW9BERP6EXzfVmytlhg3d6j-x5LtHAJFbN-nahhwEBSJJVK_svPKj_4TdwSxL43uP3CwzfnX0PNqQqt7j8XNrx15zGX_wgL3UqZcTZbFyIUAYjacFsT9dVx77L8/s640/blogger-image--2100226833.jpg"></a></div>
I will admit that i am not good at applying <i>Nail Art Stickers</i>, but i think i did a decent job with these. I did apply topcoat to make them last longer.<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgRtcyop2RPnhOcW1fiNN9Vo2WZwhpAHsEJrk8G9FOEfezaWQ_uy8vSxMBsHlUtolpigNZQkFW0y0-WX1GQsH4jb18-S7LTYE31iDuX9RCHgOD0ZEbKZVWozcUtOKfRKvoNA4o6QTDLovE/s640/blogger-image--1596940317.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgRtcyop2RPnhOcW1fiNN9Vo2WZwhpAHsEJrk8G9FOEfezaWQ_uy8vSxMBsHlUtolpigNZQkFW0y0-WX1GQsH4jb18-S7LTYE31iDuX9RCHgOD0ZEbKZVWozcUtOKfRKvoNA4o6QTDLovE/s640/blogger-image--1596940317.jpg"></a></div>
I practically used all the small stickers because i have small nail beds but they fit quite well. I also liked the fact that they were not sticky, so if i made a mistake i could peel it off and apply again as long as i didn't cress or ruin them.<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiFb7gpKrgjYS3aYYLm4PFSRQlrRx34RTNfiriFEDOAppZO81iMPK5wnSMXsM6KeRM3PBpUIuS5kK-BepUv_CctoirTEhFpzrDOu09wEsJGxfbNbBvxEoFRWTCGkVieWKvrZYQ_qWeDyMk/s640/blogger-image--77773172.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiFb7gpKrgjYS3aYYLm4PFSRQlrRx34RTNfiriFEDOAppZO81iMPK5wnSMXsM6KeRM3PBpUIuS5kK-BepUv_CctoirTEhFpzrDOu09wEsJGxfbNbBvxEoFRWTCGkVieWKvrZYQ_qWeDyMk/s640/blogger-image--77773172.jpg"></a></div>
Here is a close up of my thumb so you can see how they look.<br>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiItGxVnJzs3GCq6DcC4KW9EWZDX50Y9EL13Al4Ovb9NPOmoSEJEZDP3uzb6Z5xhXn8fHHMPB2Stimjw9R1rqHvOgH5C8BROSKoTC0w6OhuHcCTpH_usDYnn2IXRczHkQqphTpCV9yAa2o/s640/blogger-image-926303068.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiItGxVnJzs3GCq6DcC4KW9EWZDX50Y9EL13Al4Ovb9NPOmoSEJEZDP3uzb6Z5xhXn8fHHMPB2Stimjw9R1rqHvOgH5C8BROSKoTC0w6OhuHcCTpH_usDYnn2IXRczHkQqphTpCV9yAa2o/s640/blogger-image-926303068.jpg"></a></div>
Overall I'm impressed. Most <i>Nail Art Stickers </i>no matter what brand only seem to last 3-7 days. This in particular lasted 5 days and then began showing wear and tear. I do recommend top coat to make them last longer<br>

Everyone who say my nails couldn't tell i had nail stickers on. They asked me several times how i did my nails like this and some people even thought i had fake nails.<br>

Applying was a breeze, I've had difficulties with nail stickers before but that wasnt the case with these.<br>

It took about 5-6 minutes to apply these. This is good if you are in a rush or you don't want to wait for your nail polish to dry. Definitely recommend these<br>

This last picture shows you how they looked at the beginning of day 5. I had a shower on day 5 and they began to show wear and tear. They possibly could last longer because the wear and tear wasnt very noticeable. So keep that in mind.</div>

I've been absent for a long time, and it is because I'm in Uni now which is taking up alot of my time. I will however try to post more often. Ok enough about that, you're all here to see swatches.<br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjn90XDGzLi725wCpn9Ph-qGnYZ8uMGZ5xZFG0Lh5VAl420O194yXJF1AzvwdNsXIm_xY8H-SfsW-var0Bi5NbGKti1aXw_vWl8HfL3mOc2avOHB1eK2SfxxczZ5NcHMW1Yt7VCBgrfDr0/s640/blogger-image-661259927.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjn90XDGzLi725wCpn9Ph-qGnYZ8uMGZ5xZFG0Lh5VAl420O194yXJF1AzvwdNsXIm_xY8H-SfsW-var0Bi5NbGKti1aXw_vWl8HfL3mOc2avOHB1eK2SfxxczZ5NcHMW1Yt7VCBgrfDr0/s640/blogger-image-661259927.jpg"></a></div>Today i have a swatch of <b>Max Factor</b> <i>Fantasy Fire</i>, which is a gorgeous polish. The polish seems to be a dark blue/purple base with red shine going through it. I'm bad at describing polishes so you'll just have to look at the pictures. The first few photos i forgot clean up, so please ignore that. I will say that the polish itself is sheer, and will require alot of coats before becoming opaque. Which is why I used <b>China Glaze </b><i>Calypso Blue</i> underneath as the base. These two really go well together. So if you want this look, you both polishes but any dark blue polish will work nicely.<br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhSXhyphenhyphenk2jQNRFqTkpvZlcaAOKOEJvX95d9HA0bYzK0rICUrOexnGnCb6HMLCYqxhKtgQ8gh2vVbv4N4-ZyrEYKS0fUSXiOqZ1u8ttUETao3Q4fP3QD-rn2xMQht0-6wuLtL3mqoKZ4ujuI/s640/blogger-image-1395450494.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhSXhyphenhyphenk2jQNRFqTkpvZlcaAOKOEJvX95d9HA0bYzK0rICUrOexnGnCb6HMLCYqxhKtgQ8gh2vVbv4N4-ZyrEYKS0fUSXiOqZ1u8ttUETao3Q4fP3QD-rn2xMQht0-6wuLtL3mqoKZ4ujuI/s640/blogger-image-1395450494.jpg"></a></div>Just take a look at that bottle. With 5 coats it was still sheer. It is a small bottle so it will be used up before you know it. Using a base colour will help make the polish last longer. You can see with the combo i used that the polish on my nails doesn't look different then the bottle.<br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgd4jDOLmu24Nb35GYGP3VmkoZ7IEasL91yPGSYlJEFhlErLrpQ2TIQWXV-mYFIqwlRgk2Vjq3xn21_ZXHm83-iTvABNURadBz9cGJc_raiMyOjYraosm61ZZoi6Wggu47pWUzo13K7fis/s640/blogger-image-1514992239.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgd4jDOLmu24Nb35GYGP3VmkoZ7IEasL91yPGSYlJEFhlErLrpQ2TIQWXV-mYFIqwlRgk2Vjq3xn21_ZXHm83-iTvABNURadBz9cGJc_raiMyOjYraosm61ZZoi6Wggu47pWUzo13K7fis/s640/blogger-image-1514992239.jpg"></a></div>Here is what the polish looks like in a dark place. It's my first time trying out textured polish and I'm surprised I haven't tried it before. I've always been very fond of smooth finishes but after trying this, i could totally try more. The polish I'm swatching today is <b>Sally Hansen </b><i style="font-weight: bold; ">Sugar Coat </i>in the colour <i>Sour Apple.</i><br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEixSgWRbFGWB0lRqRWZgDyafAV68FjY_KLfD6uNJB_NKCBzpjdabGgWV70cK9Mv534GOkO9bkttcrF4T9e1iRoNbX1TyVnLI9CCuQT0V-SRn12FIFYgyo2F3-NM2y1pt3bzvgqKSQuYX5I/s640/blogger-image-640649652.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEixSgWRbFGWB0lRqRWZgDyafAV68FjY_KLfD6uNJB_NKCBzpjdabGgWV70cK9Mv534GOkO9bkttcrF4T9e1iRoNbX1TyVnLI9CCuQT0V-SRn12FIFYgyo2F3-NM2y1pt3bzvgqKSQuYX5I/s640/blogger-image-640649652.jpg"></a></div>The colour of <i>Sour Apple </i>is gorgeous. It's really already became a favourite of mine. The formula was great. I was worried that being a textured polish, it would be hard to apply but applying was a breeze. In the photos i have 2 coats but if you applied a good even coat, you could definitely get away with only 1 coat. Drying time was also good, it dried fairly quickly within 2-4 minutes. The texture of the polish is also great. As you can see in the pictures that the texture is very noticeable and definitely looks textured.<br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiIqifpojS0oczWXCwYfPQtPQiYTLvi49Oy7Cfv_q7uohcY5L1R0sjPj_5JAG1RL4jeGG93IymDdBB3EDKXbEV-cJV8WfTuF7E8VDFwMoFz-ji8YR9RXe2zsHyBYLizVApBbTDsLiwkZBY/s640/blogger-image--1671691794.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiIqifpojS0oczWXCwYfPQtPQiYTLvi49Oy7Cfv_q7uohcY5L1R0sjPj_5JAG1RL4jeGG93IymDdBB3EDKXbEV-cJV8WfTuF7E8VDFwMoFz-ji8YR9RXe2zsHyBYLizVApBbTDsLiwkZBY/s640/blogger-image--1671691794.jpg"></a></div>Another thing that impressed me is that it stayed on for very long. Usual polishes will tend to show signs of wear and tear on the third day or so when no top coat is applied. If you take a shower, normal polishes will show signs of peeling, if not completely peel off. With the <i style="font-weight: bold; ">Sugar Coats</i> there was no sign of wear and tear or peeling even though i wore it for an entire week and with numerous showers taken the polish still looked brand new.<br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiWNKEc5eJfGFYP49L8q9FZLvvgBLoLgTyphkT_0LQUHFQlAsOXOxuhuVJb6W59tu3yis7Gxt6dPhqxYQZmKwmjdNEakSXNfIBCbAaQ2f6Tc-u8B8b7zGz5GQYrfEFDP8U0b7m9wcpb6Sc/s640/blogger-image-1783200126.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiWNKEc5eJfGFYP49L8q9FZLvvgBLoLgTyphkT_0LQUHFQlAsOXOxuhuVJb6W59tu3yis7Gxt6dPhqxYQZmKwmjdNEakSXNfIBCbAaQ2f6Tc-u8B8b7zGz5GQYrfEFDP8U0b7m9wcpb6Sc/s640/blogger-image-1783200126.jpg"></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">Impressed...Yes very. I'm going to have to buy all the other <i style="font-weight: bold; ">Sugar Coats </i>by <b>Sally Hansen</b>. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">What do you think? Do you like Textured Polish?</div>Sadafhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01352424217343780580noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-962503496516508800.post-40328663468683137592013-12-03T21:03:00.001+11:002013-12-03T21:03:14.475+11:00Splatter Nail ArtSo I'm pretty sure you all have heard of the splatter nail art. As much as I'd like to try it, it seems like too much work. So i kind of cheated and created my own splatter nail art but with stamping. I picked a bunch of different coloured polishes and stamped it over <b>Sally Hansen </b><i>White On.</i> Believe it or not but i had tried 4 white polishes i owned which had all hardened and they were so hard to apply. I ended up giving up and went shopping for white polish. So after i found a white polish. I attempted this design. Yep i went and bought polish just for this nail art.<br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi9WbXz6NNZhO33gFaIHHXdtecx6LZXTdCRecWC0LlA-Z52oKTY81oHwlQpSh-lCDAV0iRc9vDYaUzc4x82xCMQ8_T0zDIaL6Qz9lsGU93VO8Os06idVi634ZOetmbnVZIP694K7i3ZLH0/s640/blogger-image-1859601409.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi9WbXz6NNZhO33gFaIHHXdtecx6LZXTdCRecWC0LlA-Z52oKTY81oHwlQpSh-lCDAV0iRc9vDYaUzc4x82xCMQ8_T0zDIaL6Qz9lsGU93VO8Os06idVi634ZOetmbnVZIP694K7i3ZLH0/s640/blogger-image-1859601409.jpg"></a></div>The splatter design is from the image plate <i>B38 </i>from <b>Cheeky</b>. The nail art looks like a bunch of different colours of paint are splattered all over my nails. I'm so impressed with this design as it turned out so well and its not as messy as actually splattering nail polish all over your nails. <br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiiRc9au6Y9KDE9bDP61cGvqhzWHbvr7cmgaC3STXiopPc6gm5k8TtxwTQxRUEHZ3UTURnRtP4xKHcHw7qaQVaW-qwlsv0nIbv4g2vMPFRvTuQfYN757bntButPhOyVjLIjHQi9Qm2KFsA/s640/blogger-image-1346253994.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiiRc9au6Y9KDE9bDP61cGvqhzWHbvr7cmgaC3STXiopPc6gm5k8TtxwTQxRUEHZ3UTURnRtP4xKHcHw7qaQVaW-qwlsv0nIbv4g2vMPFRvTuQfYN757bntButPhOyVjLIjHQi9Qm2KFsA/s640/blogger-image-1346253994.jpg"></a></div>I think my most favourite nails are my ring finger and my middle finger. The colour combo for those look really nice. The best thing is you can use any colours you want or even have certain colours to match a theme or even your outfit.<br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjHxVf0J0TjNxZCVYI3RQcZk057VKe7ke_ty8Jfq67cdjYVSwDGeIf98Y0qGPW5UkrgqtZHQBToVc4wxeHcI6qHOfUhEPvpWSVjs30p15UJ_WazgqW_92h6rIEC7np3SXPTaDWWaucCeFE/s640/blogger-image-311706183.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjHxVf0J0TjNxZCVYI3RQcZk057VKe7ke_ty8Jfq67cdjYVSwDGeIf98Y0qGPW5UkrgqtZHQBToVc4wxeHcI6qHOfUhEPvpWSVjs30p15UJ_WazgqW_92h6rIEC7np3SXPTaDWWaucCeFE/s640/blogger-image-311706183.jpg"></a></div>You have alot of control with this nail art. You can select different colours, which position to place them, whether to overlap the paint splatters or not. You can even use red to make it look like blood, kind of a death scene nail art which has also been very popular. To make it look realistic i overlapped some of the splatters. You can make the splatters into anything. In my case, they are paint splattered onto my nails.<br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjxYBBahnvLmGbDWB5QVY6gSJG-fnJemCEOwfRsuIT7CnutRi8JabRRDBGiwxsPfl_sZWp0sLMxIU6V2xlCMuCJHaUNM8SGDoSNyi4g5uw_gMXbMkyYGgnIMKBj4gfIDZ0iFMlyQr2_6yw/s640/blogger-image--1133256542.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjxYBBahnvLmGbDWB5QVY6gSJG-fnJemCEOwfRsuIT7CnutRi8JabRRDBGiwxsPfl_sZWp0sLMxIU6V2xlCMuCJHaUNM8SGDoSNyi4g5uw_gMXbMkyYGgnIMKBj4gfIDZ0iFMlyQr2_6yw/s640/blogger-image--1133256542.jpg"></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">So what do you think.... So keeping that in mind i decided to do some nail art. I haven't used my stamping image plates in a while so i thought LETS STAMP!!!!!!<div><br></div><div>Products i used:</div><div>-BYS nail polish in Kung Fu Blue</div><div>- Konad special polish in Black</div><div>-Bundle Monster image plate BM323</div><div><br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiDSymb3bnXcdLeGYN8VkKrc_cFflyJcjIP-GVNdPxywZjZoMVZn5NFu8djzPtO4B9lP9oQv1AvqG6xm5Z1oPZ5JtDVN3R6D1OhxySg-MSFhe8KJgGcTQO-3CnTmGsSEDrSgqvO-SPFK7g/s640/blogger-image-1376828910.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiDSymb3bnXcdLeGYN8VkKrc_cFflyJcjIP-GVNdPxywZjZoMVZn5NFu8djzPtO4B9lP9oQv1AvqG6xm5Z1oPZ5JtDVN3R6D1OhxySg-MSFhe8KJgGcTQO-3CnTmGsSEDrSgqvO-SPFK7g/s640/blogger-image-1376828910.jpg"></a></div>That's how simple this design is. It only requires 3 things and you're good to go. Of course you need a stamper and scraper but that's pretty logical so i didn't add that to the list. This nail art looks so much better in person, i swear. The design is Barbed Wire which i thought was cute.<br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgjKe2GRtW7pEBBdZotXkggTJui19R_QanJhiiiC062KoaJD0J3y5ZlBi1GrdzO8iGnEZDFoxeGOhiktMs_8FO9X7BR75xrNEXCagI5XLoP0NFta_A1TYavw-JR23sKPbEvz2Mgny5Uyd0/s640/blogger-image--84619480.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgjKe2GRtW7pEBBdZotXkggTJui19R_QanJhiiiC062KoaJD0J3y5ZlBi1GrdzO8iGnEZDFoxeGOhiktMs_8FO9X7BR75xrNEXCagI5XLoP0NFta_A1TYavw-JR23sKPbEvz2Mgny5Uyd0/s640/blogger-image--84619480.jpg"></a></div>It's quite simple but I've received so many compliments. In fact today when i walked into Priceline, yep to buy more nail polish. The lady who worked there said she loved my nails so much, she actually even guessed that i went into Priceline to buy polish. As soon as i walked in she was like " you're here to buy polish, right?" Bahaha, i nodded and she was like " I saw your nails and i guessed" <br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhxoo3b8-GLQRA0YXAWL7FXOMULvil3rPnj5u6DfbWjEHCz4ZcJm8okfBT2fr_aiGddARzA8QasNp26gkmsYIiIVn8UgvaFMId19BTemgtnkVCWoehqHTtU48sHKGECRC3P_qPnPhSWoTQ/s640/blogger-image-157033344.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhxoo3b8-GLQRA0YXAWL7FXOMULvil3rPnj5u6DfbWjEHCz4ZcJm8okfBT2fr_aiGddARzA8QasNp26gkmsYIiIVn8UgvaFMId19BTemgtnkVCWoehqHTtU48sHKGECRC3P_qPnPhSWoTQ/s640/blogger-image-157033344.jpg"></a></div></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">I'm very pleased with how this turned out and sometimes even simple designs look really nice. Oh and I've been eyeing the new bundle monster holiday set and the CYO set, every year i get them when they are released but i just found out about them this month. Why am i so slow with trends and new stuff this year. So maybe you will see future posts with those image plates.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><br></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">Anyways hope you enjoy this post.... Tell me what you thought. Do you like the barbed wire nail art?</div>Sadafhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01352424217343780580noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-962503496516508800.post-44811431789605242642013-11-25T22:39:00.001+11:002013-11-25T22:39:11.628+11:00Essie- Case StudySo this is the first time I'm swatching <b>Essie </b>polish on my blog. I like <b>Essie </b>polishes so its kind of weird that i haven't swatched them before. Anyways aside from my rambling today I'm gonna be talking about <b>Essie </b><i>Case Study. Case Study </i>is a creamish brown polish. If you guys don't already know, I'm a sucker for nude, tan, beige and creamish colours so when I saw this in the store i knew i had to have it. <br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjG1w8qOpt3I4hyphenhyphenURH8Tvb-W5caKDtGu-IorpVS65WOhwh_Eyx-7WPbIchsW7KIwHauiNP2IYpQUhHZS9TIg2plnOQAaa0MaB6oPzAzlRirvYxa3UpqP1F5eMoXOhjzuUzLChIHt_3fojU/s640/blogger-image-1026898908.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjG1w8qOpt3I4hyphenhyphenURH8Tvb-W5caKDtGu-IorpVS65WOhwh_Eyx-7WPbIchsW7KIwHauiNP2IYpQUhHZS9TIg2plnOQAaa0MaB6oPzAzlRirvYxa3UpqP1F5eMoXOhjzuUzLChIHt_3fojU/s640/blogger-image-1026898908.jpg"></a></div>The photos show 2 coats but this is opaque with one coat if you do a generous coat. However knowing me, i had to add the second coat. Only downside to this polish is that it is so much darker on your nails then in the bottle. Don't get me wrong i love the colour on my nails but i initially picked it up because i loved the colour in the bottle and if i had to pick which I liked better, it would have to be the colour in the bottle then on the nail. I still love the colour on the nail though but not as much as in the bottle. In fact if you look at pictures below(not the top photo cause you can't tell) you can tell the difference between the polish that is in the bottle and on your nail. I do have to say that you can notice a bigger difference in person then the pictures.<br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhrOU2Se83amGsArXL8mMQ7N00YuTnPv89LKgOoqtxw1Fzntbwur_7vdDcw7TnGhnsXDqhEqoFkGIIZ8ukl0AuTEuO7Fgi51Ni0pDe7AJUalZmWlthX_i_aIWIBEhyOVDEWihvdZ4PfObU/s640/blogger-image--469027571.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhrOU2Se83amGsArXL8mMQ7N00YuTnPv89LKgOoqtxw1Fzntbwur_7vdDcw7TnGhnsXDqhEqoFkGIIZ8ukl0AuTEuO7Fgi51Ni0pDe7AJUalZmWlthX_i_aIWIBEhyOVDEWihvdZ4PfObU/s640/blogger-image--469027571.jpg"></a></div>Okay enough said about the colour. Applying was a breeze and no clean up which I love. Drying was good, not great but definitely better then alot of polishes and by good i mean that once you painted both your hands, you had to wait 2-3 minutes for the next coat which is not bad. I usually say great drying time to polishes that are done by the time you finish your both hands that you can go straight away with a second coat. Still pretty impressive. The formula was also great. I definitely see myself using <b>Essie </b><i>Case Study </i>in the future.<br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiyxrbinEjYy58vFusgAVwVrEXgwOW5LMYPQOh0lzjX6Gsp8A06zvdOT9az_V-s0hGaN_G9npC4lIhyphenhyphenErhjSV9XnvS_j6A_531VNGyHp4A0jqv9yaNvccDxRNskykBkw5yyui7lartueVI/s640/blogger-image-1633599539.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiyxrbinEjYy58vFusgAVwVrEXgwOW5LMYPQOh0lzjX6Gsp8A06zvdOT9az_V-s0hGaN_G9npC4lIhyphenhyphenErhjSV9XnvS_j6A_531VNGyHp4A0jqv9yaNvccDxRNskykBkw5yyui7lartueVI/s640/blogger-image-1633599539.jpg"></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">What's your favourite <b>Essie </b>polish? Have you used <i>Case Study?</i></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><i>Let me know your opinions and thoughts in the comments below</i></div>Sadafhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01352424217343780580noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-962503496516508800.post-49268718546372483722013-11-22T00:34:00.001+11:002013-11-22T00:34:37.653+11:00Revlon- Blue LagoonSo today i have a swatch of<b> Revlon </b><i>Blue Lagoon. Blue Lagoon</i> is a light blue, almost baby blue with silver speckles. The speckles aren't that noticeable on the nail but if you look closely at the bottle you will see them. This polish only required 2 coats <br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjc6kudTvppAoYQkYmZA1EXzNR6-dLTkyiNcC3A22t7NzgvsSshJfgVs8B5Mcmzf33NjCB3TSUKf30ZA6u4RqsM1dyK1uXoUS-ouxpHMxKt6RpCGYgDb_vFa-f9UluwOHa5VSe80hr3kWs/s640/blogger-image-874589884.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjc6kudTvppAoYQkYmZA1EXzNR6-dLTkyiNcC3A22t7NzgvsSshJfgVs8B5Mcmzf33NjCB3TSUKf30ZA6u4RqsM1dyK1uXoUS-ouxpHMxKt6RpCGYgDb_vFa-f9UluwOHa5VSe80hr3kWs/s640/blogger-image-874589884.jpg"></a></div>So the formula of this polish was not the best from <b>Revlon</b>. I've tried better but it wasn't a let down either. It was a little bit thinner then most <b>Revlon</b> polishes. Due to this applying was just a tad trickier. Despite being thin and more runnier then regular polishes, i was surprised when it was opaque at only 2 coats. Being quite thin i thought that it require about 4 coats, so it was plus that it was opaque in only 2 coats. What happened when applying the polish to your nail was that when you brushed it onto your nail, since it was runny, the excess polish from the top of the brush moved quickly down the brush and onto the nail. Adding excess polish onto the nail. I recommend when using this polish to wipe it completely onto the bottle and then brush onto your nail, that way when the excess polish moves down onto your nail, it will be the right amount. Hope that made sense.<br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhCDD68NYNr1LKHiaTSyebyxE_9nCQ44sCltXwwjllMKw3LpNARboP6dkrfpWfjs-Bx60Le2fOWx-l3y2PwpytD6mwlhCNB70su_MlHAcswOvt-vr5SuBn3n6rp7Gw2fEOf7Y2OSKIewHU/s640/blogger-image-1832748086.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhCDD68NYNr1LKHiaTSyebyxE_9nCQ44sCltXwwjllMKw3LpNARboP6dkrfpWfjs-Bx60Le2fOWx-l3y2PwpytD6mwlhCNB70su_MlHAcswOvt-vr5SuBn3n6rp7Gw2fEOf7Y2OSKIewHU/s640/blogger-image-1832748086.jpg"></a></div>Other then that i had no other problem with this polish and was quite happy, even the drying time was great. By the time i applied polish to both my hands, the polish was try so i could go over it with the second coat straight away without waiting. Clean up was also a breeze, in fact there was barely any clean up. All clean up was done when the polish was wet. I just cleaned up using an orange/cuticle stick. <br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjGgCnTQ8nqwBG-ssRDXD0NksBd-3lqHoxsgo_XyuzovoNt1SNe3ZpdhdUseGQYwt0nfkCsgepbGFPKOGfXb1I67pNeJFMtFxXUku4hglBL0ecMkK6DvjduIHHboo5N-tO-fqR4fnX_swQ/s640/blogger-image-773188388.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjGgCnTQ8nqwBG-ssRDXD0NksBd-3lqHoxsgo_XyuzovoNt1SNe3ZpdhdUseGQYwt0nfkCsgepbGFPKOGfXb1I67pNeJFMtFxXUku4hglBL0ecMkK6DvjduIHHboo5N-tO-fqR4fnX_swQ/s640/blogger-image-773188388.jpg"></a></div>Do I like this polish? I do like this polish, the colour is amazing, the drying time is great, only downside is its consistency but i learnt how to take care of that. So overall a great polish by <b>Revlon.</b> <br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh6nlXAjrdDDXqsuPyLt3WsjZHWHQdvJhVBnBrGC2oYbYX1oGA15TMAC2zFbx5DxkTezgwIx3kkuooy1OiGDjRrme4KiGk_Dp7gD08awFW1V2rAHC8B0XYSOs4nPqWojcef5TYTJosPLeE/s640/blogger-image-224116143.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh6nlXAjrdDDXqsuPyLt3WsjZHWHQdvJhVBnBrGC2oYbYX1oGA15TMAC2zFbx5DxkTezgwIx3kkuooy1OiGDjRrme4KiGk_Dp7gD08awFW1V2rAHC8B0XYSOs4nPqWojcef5TYTJosPLeE/s640/blogger-image-224116143.jpg"></a></div><i>Blue Lagoon</i> is definitely a beautiful colour and it looks so good. Your polish will have shimmery effect once on your nails which you can see in the photos. What I also like is that its quite thin on your nails. I'm not a huge fan of thick polishes because they look all thick and gloppy on your nails. I like it when it looks as though there isn't all these layers on top of your nail( if you know what I mean)<br><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg81fXwdb_tytKPHpZITTbqdhoEppGxwM8-tQIa3a8w3uWiCOSwattSjMdcM5fSbJ1lm8OUytNNbDu1IL5mPC7i6W09yIwHyE5SjNJOYFHLyrNwHDmFZw6wqX7FVAwkieu3xPcXBKH0FEE/s640/blogger-image-883757879.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg81fXwdb_tytKPHpZITTbqdhoEppGxwM8-tQIa3a8w3uWiCOSwattSjMdcM5fSbJ1lm8OUytNNbDu1IL5mPC7i6W09yIwHyE5SjNJOYFHLyrNwHDmFZw6wqX7FVAwkieu3xPcXBKH0FEE/s640/blogger-image-883757879.jpg"></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;">So what do you think? In particular i went to priceline which was having a 40% off all cosmetics sale. I promised myself that I wouldn't buy a thing but ended up walking out of the store with 2 nail polishes. Not that bad I'd like to think. This being one of the polishes. So today I've swatched <b>Sally Hansen's Lustre Shine </b>nail polish in the colour <i style="font-weight: bold; ">Plume</i>. The <b>Lustre Shine</b> range seems to be duo-chrome polishes which i totally love and can't get enough and since i haven't tried this range, today was the best time to try it.</span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiCZRtmWLF08USqX1RmIlU-sS7fPxQLOqGVJnmkRZjUNFj9W1po6wY4CCRd6WNg0qvo0lmkPhU4DxbH-U9hjemOWnI2dY05TvRKdrZ91gDoTB8FBHIWoB4gWnrqiUd8L9uTVZuNcoc913s/s640/blogger-image-12144741.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiCZRtmWLF08USqX1RmIlU-sS7fPxQLOqGVJnmkRZjUNFj9W1po6wY4CCRd6WNg0qvo0lmkPhU4DxbH-U9hjemOWnI2dY05TvRKdrZ91gDoTB8FBHIWoB4gWnrqiUd8L9uTVZuNcoc913s/s640/blogger-image-12144741.jpg"></a></div><span style="-webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0);"><b>Sally Hansen</b> has been a brand that i always buy from and will continue to buy from. I was visiting my friends today and literally had 20 minutes before i left. So this i what i came up with. I know its simple but its the best i could do in 20 minutes, i take my time with polish so it only made sense that i couldn't do something pro. I only used 4 things to get this design and i hope you like it. Cleaning up was a bit messy as the polish was dark and dark polishes are a bit of a pain to remove as they stain your nails and skins, you will notice in the pic that around the cuticle area and around my nails aren't perfectly neat. That's because clean up was a pain so i have up and left it a tad messy. Hope you enjoy it anyways<br />
<br />
What I used:<br />
Orly "Wandering Vine"<br />
Konad special polish "White"<br />
Bundle monster image plate "BM 319"<br />
BYS topcoat<br />
<br />
<br />

I am extremely sorry for abandoning this blog. I never planned to but things been very complicated for the past few months that i haven't had the time to post<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><img border="0" height="240" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj1YeIjuHG6pueswPWT-Eix2HFh_w_VdVj0t62K2tNprTtM5KZyPa-tmUJGP5OIULcE_6unZu7WN_GObhDb2QAYtqBrEApaDbV737IGy_tsuEBkDcMr8iaEJwFTkN77cFEm-giQQ5stgxk/s320/blogger-image--280038993.jpg" width="320" /></div><div style="text-align: center;">This polish is called Flaming Blue and its by Savvy. Savvy is only available at Priceline. This polish has an amazing formula, i was honestly amazed and for only $3, guess who is gonna buy more... ME!!!!</div><br />

<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjXH4phdSH1nP3hUySBOWaq3S4qqwt0t0DMqGisJcsXr3glPB6B279uRiRdie6M90OgC2BxWEsF-EKTfi5RmsSyy998R-qT4vQxa0D8CDdA5azQ8J-PXtjVz5_evuuPvsfo4cQ33CP5688/s640/blogger-image-1660610346.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjXH4phdSH1nP3hUySBOWaq3S4qqwt0t0DMqGisJcsXr3glPB6B279uRiRdie6M90OgC2BxWEsF-EKTfi5RmsSyy998R-qT4vQxa0D8CDdA5azQ8J-PXtjVz5_evuuPvsfo4cQ33CP5688/s640/blogger-image-1660610346.jpg" /></a></div><br />
<div style="text-align: center;">It is incredibly hard to show you the green effect but it is there. It only require two coats and it looks incredibly shiny with absolutely no top coat. <b>Nail Drama </b><i>Galaxy 101 </i>is a shimmery purple base polish with copper/pinkish small and hex glitters. <br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Hey guys, how are you? I have to apologise for not posting in over two weeks. My days have been so busy and packed that 1 minute of sitting down was not possible. Today I had a little time available and so I knew I had to post. Now september finished a few days ago but I wanted to show you my september haul. Before I get started, I just wanted to inform you all that I'm having another giveaway as a thank you to my 300 subscribers. I'll post the giveaway some day this week so stay tuned.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
Finally lets get started. This is all the polish i purchased in september. I tried not spending to much but hey what can you do. You will notice that polish <b>innisfree </b><i>82 </i>has fancy sticky tape around it. That is because when I received it in the mail it was broken. I mailed the seller and they are going to send me another polish since they don't have that in stock. It's a little disappointing since I wanted that one but I can always empty it into another bottle.</div>

Today I have a swatch of <b>Sportsgirl </b><i>Olive. Olive </i>is a grey base polish with olive shimmer. The grey base is very hard to notice and will only notice it when in the sun or have some kind of light near your nails lol, never thought I would say that sentence. If you guys want this polish you better hurry as this was their winter polish and they are now starting their spring collection. You may be lucky to find this on sale since winter is officially over. Check out how short my nails are but they have grown a lot since Tuesday as I broke them from the tip. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhWHngGNyV4NPa7-4YTF0gVIPO9hQiLobdhfTPvnWFw5Bvs6rhgl6xtoYMvuK3SjwSTtKH0uBObuMcGhE7WxJoQg-MPUup0z7Dw0YzwL_oLiWTUR4n5NEoXiM8BnTJvyywOMgdq2j35ep4/s640/blogger-image-1051915904.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhWHngGNyV4NPa7-4YTF0gVIPO9hQiLobdhfTPvnWFw5Bvs6rhgl6xtoYMvuK3SjwSTtKH0uBObuMcGhE7WxJoQg-MPUup0z7Dw0YzwL_oLiWTUR4n5NEoXiM8BnTJvyywOMgdq2j35ep4/s640/blogger-image-1051915904.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Here there is no light or flash or even sun. It's so gorgeous, I knew I had to buy it when I first saw it. Applying was an absolute breeze and drying time was super super quick. The polish is also perfect consistancy. I really truely love <b>Sportsgirl</b> polishes because their polishes are perfect, can't seem to find anything bad to say even if I tried. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgDIcpAh_9Opw_1IkKH4wR_f8Krkx-aPDQr7AjGBqpRWRyPpVPQAsfWUe-VX-N5BSb1ib59z1Ud5WdoLwp6D8FvAuBR6bJacf4SCjS-3qUAmqnFTVWtnmjBAD_1hjyiun3byFdQ_AMDr9E/s640/blogger-image-1710380044.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgDIcpAh_9Opw_1IkKH4wR_f8Krkx-aPDQr7AjGBqpRWRyPpVPQAsfWUe-VX-N5BSb1ib59z1Ud5WdoLwp6D8FvAuBR6bJacf4SCjS-3qUAmqnFTVWtnmjBAD_1hjyiun3byFdQ_AMDr9E/s640/blogger-image-1710380044.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Here is what the polish bottle looks with no flash or sun. Once again you can't tell it has a grey base. You are probably thinking its and olive coloured polish. Well it does look like an olive colour polish but that is all the shimmer you're seeing, trust me it does have a grey base.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg4g55SjWzqi4aWDvqE4dOzMguWjE18Kf03mLy2zxbSkTkNV-b5jEMWER_vm0KFNAJV871fpyJvS21hloLviL3QeoIdezrvSzO3bLa6uR6Zi223Ak5ehr5VNpfdd-31u3J17KyhY2Oo_F0/s640/blogger-image--1988943914.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEg4g55SjWzqi4aWDvqE4dOzMguWjE18Kf03mLy2zxbSkTkNV-b5jEMWER_vm0KFNAJV871fpyJvS21hloLviL3QeoIdezrvSzO3bLa6uR6Zi223Ak5ehr5VNpfdd-31u3J17KyhY2Oo_F0/s640/blogger-image--1988943914.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Finally a picture with flash, I did my nails really late at night so I couldn't step outside but the flash of my camera worked well and showed the colour great. You can see a slight grey base here but the last picture will really clear your mind. What do you guys think of my short nails? I actually don't mind them as they grew so quick but my nails have always been the type to grow super fast. I would like it a little longer though.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

I actually captured the colour. The polish has a grey base with an olive/goldish shimmer which you can clearly see in this picture</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

This set Comes with 5 remover pens. Each pen comes with a total of four tips, one to start with and three extras on the cap. I've Been using brushes to clean up my mistakes for ages so I thought why not give this a try. In the picture below you can see my mani is clean with the help of these remover pens.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="-webkit-composition-fill-color: rgba(175, 192, 227, 0.230469); -webkit-composition-frame-color: rgba(77, 128, 180, 0.230469); -webkit-tap-highlight-color: rgba(26, 26, 26, 0.296875);"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh3_FVRlIl4E7Fgxpx1RL8D4iCVMUjZYACRSzgRqS-NwO5Ju9k6jC-aYUBBrAaKQMwCjex4EWiWUdPqzywaXJL-4UbC_t73g5WUeCgOvmxfwifex2ZpZ_SWWY4PsupQ47-MVg5tsV4mUGs/s640/blogger-image-645040641.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh3_FVRlIl4E7Fgxpx1RL8D4iCVMUjZYACRSzgRqS-NwO5Ju9k6jC-aYUBBrAaKQMwCjex4EWiWUdPqzywaXJL-4UbC_t73g5WUeCgOvmxfwifex2ZpZ_SWWY4PsupQ47-MVg5tsV4mUGs/s640/blogger-image-645040641.jpg" /></a></span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Are the pens easy to use? Yes they are easy to use and very helpful might I add. It worked pretty well and is always very useful to have. They're the perfect size and fits quite well in the hand. The only hassle is it may dry so use it quickly or store it in such a way that won't dry them out. Of course you can always dip the tip in polish remover if it ever dries out.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgQejFai8bJNJ-mDAzhuONRIrFPMxTdig91Npwu3K1EIoVe-Rcav2ZSeFcLRHEiMpKjUK1ShYbrIB5-9hKTLGqnXf5RspAG3uGaC85xV0VBF-Ksfq0819vF2blaviP_2ce6sQqsgT1R3xg/s640/blogger-image--1672263983.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgQejFai8bJNJ-mDAzhuONRIrFPMxTdig91Npwu3K1EIoVe-Rcav2ZSeFcLRHEiMpKjUK1ShYbrIB5-9hKTLGqnXf5RspAG3uGaC85xV0VBF-Ksfq0819vF2blaviP_2ce6sQqsgT1R3xg/s640/blogger-image--1672263983.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Cleaning is easy and simple and this can be used exactly like the brush method. The tip is slightly thick so sometimes you may wipe off a bit of your polish. So just be careful. For that reason I prefer the brushes because they are thin however I know I still will be using these because they are helpful.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgTavowKqOMTQyXNMst8xbfddqJ38RHzkqSggukbMwK9LquZ8WAiGAQKyD3HubXS4chH72URRrelBalpCNxAfRvnUQE2ZKq955YVyy1kusfZ_GyVKyoZ4tYPoEYgAANGnOYthnT1O0EZfI/s640/blogger-image--5957490.jpg" /></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">In the picture above you can see me cleaning around the cuticle area and that worked great. I would recommend these, they are cheap and helpful. I've had a big day today and thought why not share my story with you. My friend and I were waiting at a bus stop for another friend of ours. She rang and told us she was going to be an hour late. So I decided to go to maccas(McDonalds). Maccas was basically a 2 minute walk or the next bus stop. My friend suggested to catch a bus as she was too lazy. 5 minutes later we can see a bus driving up to us, this lady came up to us and asked if that bus goes to top ryde. So what did we say? We said yes. Basically every bus that stopped at this stop when straight ahead and we were pretty sure it would take us to the next stop. We fully walked into the bus with such style like we owned the bus. My friend pushed me over and said " move I wanna get comfortable". As soon as the bus started it turned into a completely random street, this bus didn't even take us one stop ahead. Instead of freaking out me and my friend start cracking up for 10 minutes while everyone on the bus looked at us weirdly. We finally figured it was best to press the button. We were just about the get off the bus when I turned around and saw that lady we helped, she looked so scared and nervous because she took advice from people who were totally lost themselves. Who knows if that lady ever got to top ryde? After getting off the bus, we were completely lost and had no idea where we were. So what do we do? We laugh, in the middle of the street we are laughing for 10 minutes and at one point I was crying because I laughed to much. We practically made everyone on the bus laugh too, lol. We decided to find our way back which took 30 minutes back to the first bus stop and finally our friend arrived. We did all of that for no reason, plus I broke a nail but it was totally worth it(I would never say such a thing but today was such a hilarious day that I had to say it). So in my next posts my nails will be shorter</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Today I have a swatch for <b>Rimmel London </b><i>Black Out. Black out</i> is the perfect black with high shine. This was from the 60 second collection although I felt it wasn't 60 second, it was more like 3-5 minutes to dry which is disappointing since their other 60 sec polishes dry super fast. Mine was also a little goppy and thick, not too much but a little. Maybe I purchased a old one or something so I can't clearly be sure.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi0Jn-zE69r90pTt2rVnCz_wyAGj_RoEU8p7pwA5Uxd6il9RAyULruhiX-4sh9Wsun2iDEyNwtycetWlse2eooBygeVpx9Fa2y5Gy7nqGP_oL1Lions_pD2ZgIwddx_s7yV2hF6Q4IdO6w/s640/blogger-image--483880.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi0Jn-zE69r90pTt2rVnCz_wyAGj_RoEU8p7pwA5Uxd6il9RAyULruhiX-4sh9Wsun2iDEyNwtycetWlse2eooBygeVpx9Fa2y5Gy7nqGP_oL1Lions_pD2ZgIwddx_s7yV2hF6Q4IdO6w/s640/blogger-image--483880.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Two coats is seen in the pictures. They all dried streak free so that was great and I quite like it. Although it didn't dry in 60 seconds, that didnt really bother me. The fact it was slightly thick and I mean a small bit thick, applying was still easy. So overall I'm pretty happy with this polish.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiU9l3IL_c0tQXoXrRO1nIp9mWqScFbCGXxImboUB5rGznJcc1jkxxztEp5mYYHEDWcxvPk3r3MVMwntj24a4XAP6t5oXkcggZZEJiNubFxwJ_09V3JshwCNSQdEzeUdFFLmL1jtOvUydw/s640/blogger-image--696244832.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiU9l3IL_c0tQXoXrRO1nIp9mWqScFbCGXxImboUB5rGznJcc1jkxxztEp5mYYHEDWcxvPk3r3MVMwntj24a4XAP6t5oXkcggZZEJiNubFxwJ_09V3JshwCNSQdEzeUdFFLmL1jtOvUydw/s640/blogger-image--696244832.jpg" /></a></div>Sadafhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01352424217343780580noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-962503496516508800.post-53718832230294360712012-09-11T20:51:00.003+10:002013-07-14T12:47:46.929+10:00OPI- I Have A Herring ProblemSo I've had this saved for about 8 months and forgot to post it. So that's what I'm doing now. This is OPI's I Have A Herring Problem. This polish is quite sheer and required three coats to get this look but the formula was amazing. It is a light freakish blue with silver speckles going through it. It kinda leaves a silver-ish shine to it<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjtM6_PnxVQtLc7ZMLiObpw7TZAGy3h__o4XlkpeoL4ciyw8YcL6grAoh2QB7CgCajwgPUkwfZtxdf2jTfi9TqczAG6WxGD4F0HkE8b0883zIJHB-4p86h7-iUyIFAC-ugfiL-mJq-BgJI/s640/blogger-image-216466341.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjtM6_PnxVQtLc7ZMLiObpw7TZAGy3h__o4XlkpeoL4ciyw8YcL6grAoh2QB7CgCajwgPUkwfZtxdf2jTfi9TqczAG6WxGD4F0HkE8b0883zIJHB-4p86h7-iUyIFAC-ugfiL-mJq-BgJI/s640/blogger-image-216466341.jpg" /></a></div>
<br />
I happened to have a miniature one of this polish i feel like ill be using this polish alot that i would need a full sized one. It's a really gorgeous colour and it dries fast too because it is quite a thin polish. <br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
I can't seem to find a bad quality with this polish and is one of my all time favourite polishes ever, so i highly recommend it. If you have tried it yet, GET IT. My nails a quite short here but that was about the time my nails broke<br />
<br />
Anyways hope you enjoyed this post :)<br />

Today I've had an amazing day which mostly consisted in smiling and laughing and no I wasn't high. I didn't really plan on posting anything today but with my positive day I couldn't help but to come and post :) today I have a swatch for <b>Australis </b><i>Specktacular </i>which is a holographic flakie topcoat. I apologize in advance as the pictures aren't the best. I may have to do this post again sometime but for now this will have to do. Looks like lately my camera isn't working quite well, is this an oppurturnity to buy a new one? Although I've already spent a lot on polish this month.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgAOtxVGU0MiUBmC2uPVBt9cssGaSSRn1Ts8M_2L4uy6jkXS2KkyDhl5FbZQO8JF54EleErA7ke79T1zqITrPh8q_MLbPoX05L6DNqzwvaCzPoY_y2IDnlxy0rq1hBnvP1qht10O2QOTUw/s640/blogger-image-78675885.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgAOtxVGU0MiUBmC2uPVBt9cssGaSSRn1Ts8M_2L4uy6jkXS2KkyDhl5FbZQO8JF54EleErA7ke79T1zqITrPh8q_MLbPoX05L6DNqzwvaCzPoY_y2IDnlxy0rq1hBnvP1qht10O2QOTUw/s640/blogger-image-78675885.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">This is the only photo taken in the sun. You can see how gorgeous the flakes look. Multi coloured flakes everywhere!!!! I have a black base polish underneath but for a weird reason it's coming off really dark navy or maybe a black with a blue undertone. It's actually <b>Rimmel London</b><i> Black Out</i>.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwDecyHfi3rGQS78mo7rh4qoX7OlBbjIb5Yxomza5DAuDzpfIlvos5PRYdmwfslWtcmzCz-EHCJ5PcYGbfbFpic3CprGaUNOvE9fEtHNk-CXpdBqXonvZRSd7ocBg9Xa3vs-aC5egHHuk/s640/blogger-image-921179339.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiwDecyHfi3rGQS78mo7rh4qoX7OlBbjIb5Yxomza5DAuDzpfIlvos5PRYdmwfslWtcmzCz-EHCJ5PcYGbfbFpic3CprGaUNOvE9fEtHNk-CXpdBqXonvZRSd7ocBg9Xa3vs-aC5egHHuk/s640/blogger-image-921179339.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">This photo And the ones below are taken in a room with the lights on. This polish works really well with dark colours and it isn't that noticable with light colours, so I highly recommend using a dark colour underneath. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEic_pRAHoOw6NPuSOckSqesqlm_5Sy8JUMHaIQbqIZDZBUvmuoxP1LWmwNwjFiespflgBk4G7bJyjZsm9T1RLRv1u7DRQkr3wmSsqLUXqZqOQkpk70dzUkrDlM-3-TS7uOgJf5GLfOnWF0/s640/blogger-image--40025766.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEic_pRAHoOw6NPuSOckSqesqlm_5Sy8JUMHaIQbqIZDZBUvmuoxP1LWmwNwjFiespflgBk4G7bJyjZsm9T1RLRv1u7DRQkr3wmSsqLUXqZqOQkpk70dzUkrDlM-3-TS7uOgJf5GLfOnWF0/s640/blogger-image--40025766.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">When you look at the polish from this angle, most or all of the flakes look green. The amazing effects of holographic flakes! I've used two coats to achieve the look as well as two black polish coats underneath. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi0tIh0G-aiRRPzARbQcsA5QsvT83i7QnyYcqe2c03nSceOMIThz2wIQWtgYEuWVX0UHGskdnb5jZ07hBb-Tj5cPDCI2NpB-WqNOmAz1fcMdjgn2jwNA-wLCLcpS_x8Q-6br21Wu-SqKFE/s640/blogger-image--1337076058.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi0tIh0G-aiRRPzARbQcsA5QsvT83i7QnyYcqe2c03nSceOMIThz2wIQWtgYEuWVX0UHGskdnb5jZ07hBb-Tj5cPDCI2NpB-WqNOmAz1fcMdjgn2jwNA-wLCLcpS_x8Q-6br21Wu-SqKFE/s640/blogger-image--1337076058.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">This polish dries smooth so you don't need a topcoat and well it's also a topcoat anyways. This is available for $8.95 at Priceline, Target and I believe Big W. I purchased this during a sale which was two Australis polishes for $10 which I knew I couldn't pass on, an extra polish for only $1. I also got Fairybread and will do swatches soon.</div>Sadafhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01352424217343780580noreply@blogger.com7tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-962503496516508800.post-86997914631429567542012-09-04T17:24:00.002+10:002012-09-06T20:45:52.413+10:00Easy Glitter RemovalI hope this post is as exciting to you as it is to me. Lately people have been talking about nail soakers and how they might be great use for removing glitter nail polish. Personally Im not 100% liking the foil method as it doesn't remove all the polish and I always find myself still scrubbing the polish off my nails. So I decided to put this to the test and see how well it works. Look below for steps on how to do this<br />
<br />
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjoPmL_l5-_6s43Q4-WT5CPbBfvzXxXLBMgmsqU0OHLlJ64VI_8L29uBCDrIJJhFWUoyZDotpg1g4HkjAvI-yh8MCa3AaQ91KSRhNSISPcw95VkIJyaz1R4B8PBxgD0w2AWXvhAq7GNy8M/s1600/blogger-image-601339387.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="301" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjoPmL_l5-_6s43Q4-WT5CPbBfvzXxXLBMgmsqU0OHLlJ64VI_8L29uBCDrIJJhFWUoyZDotpg1g4HkjAvI-yh8MCa3AaQ91KSRhNSISPcw95VkIJyaz1R4B8PBxgD0w2AWXvhAq7GNy8M/s400/blogger-image-601339387.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">You will need nail soakers. I purchased mine from <a href="http://ebay.com.au/" target="_blank">Ebay</a> for only $2.81. Just simply type nail soakers in eBay and you will find heaps ranged around $2-$4. A link to the nail soakers I purchased can be found <a href="http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/251058210532?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649" target="_blank">Here</a>. I recommend rubbing cuticle oil on your cuticles and nails.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8KEwgyYmdy2rwomgd_pOnparJ97hJlF6E3HOVpJJu_qMxVs2EKEXUonrOqZ0GxlSFH-K07Xx30InFdXARapKNvWU3q4-0av2m9IwY4UX9JQ4nldhZcvd_83nJNyiI6s_7YDIg4MqKnpc/s1600/blogger-image--1893770208.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="301" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj8KEwgyYmdy2rwomgd_pOnparJ97hJlF6E3HOVpJJu_qMxVs2EKEXUonrOqZ0GxlSFH-K07Xx30InFdXARapKNvWU3q4-0av2m9IwY4UX9JQ4nldhZcvd_83nJNyiI6s_7YDIg4MqKnpc/s400/blogger-image--1893770208.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Then pour some nail polish remover or pure acetone into the nail soaker up to the clear part. I never use acetone or nail polish remover with acetone but for this experiment I decided to use pure acetone. I know acetone is bad but just to make sure this works I decided to use acetone. That's where the cuticle oil comes handy.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiApMu1301dRq-EjuM9Qk9xs3fCAsSI2IddO_a-DCqlXfAwHLV0L_sgzuzvSgHETics_sDbjlD6pKGsyMqR3NgEj6ZZVZy65pUBJeAMu4udmBVj6DmiEvNwVR9s0N7rKOPFjtIvUMb_EWE/s1600/blogger-image--479681402.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="301" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiApMu1301dRq-EjuM9Qk9xs3fCAsSI2IddO_a-DCqlXfAwHLV0L_sgzuzvSgHETics_sDbjlD6pKGsyMqR3NgEj6ZZVZy65pUBJeAMu4udmBVj6DmiEvNwVR9s0N7rKOPFjtIvUMb_EWE/s400/blogger-image--479681402.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Insert you fingers into the nail soakers. My pack came with 10 but I only ended up using 5 as I only did one hand at a time. I left my fingers in the nail soakers for only 2 minutes and the polish was gone completely. Don't throw the acetone or nail polish remover away, use it for your other hand.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEicTLZHh5ucTbVg80P-1bbodNqTn_8hyphenhyphen1F8fuhKaiX5h-0gQ8llFEAtsMbDqM8QSmeGx3HsyDGOCjQyv_9MG-zMxZx3X8Pap7Hzrd0xhTHR9s9zPOUZ5wXMYr84Kg3J-dBh9zpJdIdptms/s1600/blogger-image-1392234128.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="301" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEicTLZHh5ucTbVg80P-1bbodNqTn_8hyphenhyphen1F8fuhKaiX5h-0gQ8llFEAtsMbDqM8QSmeGx3HsyDGOCjQyv_9MG-zMxZx3X8Pap7Hzrd0xhTHR9s9zPOUZ5wXMYr84Kg3J-dBh9zpJdIdptms/s400/blogger-image-1392234128.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">As you can see the acetone removed all the glitter and polish. Just the smallest amount is seen on my index finger and that is only two tiny dots of glitter which was easily removed with acetone-free nail polish remover. On my nails I had <a href="http://naildrama.blogspot.com.au/2012/09/chi-chi-my-bad.html" target="_blank">Chi Chi- My Bad</a> which is black polish filled with lots of glitter. The reason for rubbing cuticle oil on your cuticles and nails is to stop the nail polish remover from drying your cuticles/nails. After your done rub more cuticle oil on your cuticles/nails</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhDVEkACFLF8vZplhCMMsx7Ygmd8LeDkG3AnDzgE4z0aDAM747D4mJGlHPj_ynwugflaJQKhtZmeTZRDQ2TefT0MR6MYfExm9Z04zkH3Wn2bZSULqN27FxgksCWewSU8h8QBHaqq0eFc5k/s1600/blogger-image-1932327115.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="301" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhDVEkACFLF8vZplhCMMsx7Ygmd8LeDkG3AnDzgE4z0aDAM747D4mJGlHPj_ynwugflaJQKhtZmeTZRDQ2TefT0MR6MYfExm9Z04zkH3Wn2bZSULqN27FxgksCWewSU8h8QBHaqq0eFc5k/s400/blogger-image-1932327115.jpg" width="400" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">As you can see the glitter sinks to the bottom and the acetone has a slight colour change. You can choose to throw away the acetone or keep it for another time. If your using glitter only polish than keeping it will be fine as it won't be coloured or look gross but if your polish has a base colour than I recommend throwing the acetone or nail polish remover away. I don't know how successful nail polish remover is but I'm sure it will work. You may just have to leave it on your nails longer</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">What did you think? Did you like this experiment?</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Comment below with your opinion and tell me whether this has helped or not</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />

I'm so excited to show you this polish. Today I went shopping and shopping wouldn't be shopping if I didn't buy polish. I bought a few but you will probably see them later on. Here I have an Australian brand called <b>Chi Chi</b> which I love the name. <b>Chi Chi </b><i>My Bad </i>is a black base polish with silver glitter that changes colour from different angles as well as orange-red flakes. The black base isn't a pure black as it has hints of brown in it. </div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi5tlu4ohmcx8DyXhLPzEK6uty66b9Bk60ClHQksvr4VAGP95bXB2IokquGkkMT_HjqBi_pzSm9_pv9gtylwd8Qxz7i_3r9L8lL_EAhxFMOJgdGNOjciEoWkS5gG2NyEocXs8q_ZyUdUnI/s640/blogger-image--956327293.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi5tlu4ohmcx8DyXhLPzEK6uty66b9Bk60ClHQksvr4VAGP95bXB2IokquGkkMT_HjqBi_pzSm9_pv9gtylwd8Qxz7i_3r9L8lL_EAhxFMOJgdGNOjciEoWkS5gG2NyEocXs8q_ZyUdUnI/s640/blogger-image--956327293.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Here you can see the bottle. Right in the middle is the orange-red flakes that a shining. You can also see random sparks of colour here and there from the silver glitter.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj_iPQ1-pC01Q2Bp6L-L5yi8XB3ywHH3I8BXrM7b3guuw5iL3vdBHPUClkwtAv1sFlOGOx5nMg4QY311YSZnzBO2VBR0xRjzREZndebH8itwyhNlCbHalJC7dOJaMlMJNqmxQnnK0kndes/s640/blogger-image--1827670439.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEj_iPQ1-pC01Q2Bp6L-L5yi8XB3ywHH3I8BXrM7b3guuw5iL3vdBHPUClkwtAv1sFlOGOx5nMg4QY311YSZnzBO2VBR0xRjzREZndebH8itwyhNlCbHalJC7dOJaMlMJNqmxQnnK0kndes/s640/blogger-image--1827670439.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">This picture above is taken with no flash or being in the sun. This was just taken in a room with lights on. The glitter isn't shining a rainbow effect in the picture so I definitely recommend seeing this in person. The silver glitter is more like holographic glitter.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhYr3nTu0xqXYhMSkb6qT79LvMNyFTX-F88PzwhVXhv_w5s88WsdrbFqRoXWcDKygdDYxuJ5RrW7bepNVuqIgyI3FC586GSxMGQw-wtbXwkF232_EobYlgHhC0vf2bUSvaBf659XRxg7CQ/s640/blogger-image-583244474.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhYr3nTu0xqXYhMSkb6qT79LvMNyFTX-F88PzwhVXhv_w5s88WsdrbFqRoXWcDKygdDYxuJ5RrW7bepNVuqIgyI3FC586GSxMGQw-wtbXwkF232_EobYlgHhC0vf2bUSvaBf659XRxg7CQ/s640/blogger-image-583244474.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">As you can see the polish isn't pure black and that hint of brown is slightly noticeable. This polish is even more gorgeous in person. My pictures aren't doing this polish justice. It's more black in person but it does have a hint of brown whereas in the picture it's showing a little too much brown.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh534inlc9vyTUn4BGaufnovvQzIMVzzVPEaBzTdeOd0ndYMNqU5HTa_ZrzT_zkAjJxJ3jSGGyWzF3krM3p3JmqZfLYq9640c6eNNBQCHAiix7ilz59M3WQPtwRczFzQH22bpfjshB10Us/s640/blogger-image-1820907577.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh534inlc9vyTUn4BGaufnovvQzIMVzzVPEaBzTdeOd0ndYMNqU5HTa_ZrzT_zkAjJxJ3jSGGyWzF3krM3p3JmqZfLYq9640c6eNNBQCHAiix7ilz59M3WQPtwRczFzQH22bpfjshB10Us/s640/blogger-image-1820907577.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Close up of the bottle. This polish is available at Target and Myer stores for $5. This polish is only available in Australia so if you don't live in Australia then you won't have access to this polish, unless you swap with someone or something of that kind.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjQIEQoM9yQRGiyLvd2e0cMj0zbyRTq311KjnDFmTe1DSOC9UuZRbK0XuXZDsIIsbmWxtd86ksjxbOYdRztmgoEHGxRgzV-FMRigUgN8JOYwd5OvBrB2SiQojwaoBwwG9oSAyG_bcauciE/s640/blogger-image--637143898.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjQIEQoM9yQRGiyLvd2e0cMj0zbyRTq311KjnDFmTe1DSOC9UuZRbK0XuXZDsIIsbmWxtd86ksjxbOYdRztmgoEHGxRgzV-FMRigUgN8JOYwd5OvBrB2SiQojwaoBwwG9oSAyG_bcauciE/s640/blogger-image--637143898.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">Formula was great and only needed 2 coats to achieve this look. Today I have a swatch for <b>OPI </b><i>Kiss Me On My Tulips. Kiss Me On My Tulips </i>is a bright pink. My camera has done the honors of making it slightly more brighter than its supposed to be. Overall it's a great colour and the formula was great. No clean up was needed. I only had this on my nails for one day as I felt that it was a little too bright, and slightly inappropriate as I had a presentation that day. I usually wear any polish whenever I want without caring what people think but this time I had a presentation and bright nails weren't the way to go.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgBE3D_w_r10N3BxopavXbZZnSOrbk12-pk2H2l5zViz-XqC_C-c6PFRk2pMWWbCUwl6PhOKustt-abUsSIN57zGVMQfQUj44JA7TSZUnX1LBr8xXmiburEMbUCZlb70f685NT82YnhuSI/s640/blogger-image-850276761.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgBE3D_w_r10N3BxopavXbZZnSOrbk12-pk2H2l5zViz-XqC_C-c6PFRk2pMWWbCUwl6PhOKustt-abUsSIN57zGVMQfQUj44JA7TSZUnX1LBr8xXmiburEMbUCZlb70f685NT82YnhuSI/s640/blogger-image-850276761.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">This polish is from the Holland collection. I have to say that I really like the <b>OPI </b>brushes even though they are bigger than other brands. I just find that it works well with me and clean up isn't needed. My nail beds are small which makes the OPI brushes great for me as they tend to cover my nail.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiW7C1vQa0QdzCQxB9aU36nk1lfbEm6ZqvITY48IEg3qV448T7XGz2Hv1NVQ0_vDailgbco6CAKh5cjcL8PBTTB8PvXz_5TX1_TmyrdlwA-J1pQShj_0OYQmA9diEed6rjpjyTa0Z70OCs/s640/blogger-image-488679820.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiW7C1vQa0QdzCQxB9aU36nk1lfbEm6ZqvITY48IEg3qV448T7XGz2Hv1NVQ0_vDailgbco6CAKh5cjcL8PBTTB8PvXz_5TX1_TmyrdlwA-J1pQShj_0OYQmA9diEed6rjpjyTa0Z70OCs/s640/blogger-image-488679820.jpg" /></a></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">This polish had a great drying time. I literally can't think of anything bad about this polish. Being a little bright doesn't bother me but I just had this on the wrong day so that's why I had to remove it. I'm really excited about using and swatching <i>I Have A Herring Problem</i> as I really love that colour.</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"><br />
</div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">What's your favourite colour from the Holland Collection?</div>Sadafhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/01352424217343780580noreply@blogger.com6tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-962503496516508800.post-88411860273711228262012-09-01T15:03:00.000+10:002012-09-01T15:03:12.760+10:00Giveaway winnerSs it's finally time to announce the winner. I wasn't expecting this many entries so I was really amazed. I was also planning to have another giveaway when I hit 250 followers but I even went beyond that many followers. I will still have another giveaway but in a whiles time. I just want to thank everyone who entered. There were some entries that didn't count because they didn't follow the rules so I apoligize but those entries don't count(there was about 7). Some people also entered the contest even when it was closed so those don't count either. I had four entries this morning when clearly the last day was yesterday. Enough about me rambling and now to the great and exciting news.<br />
<br />
For those who are unaware of what giveaway I'm talking about <a href="http://naildrama.blogspot.com.au/2012/08/nail-polish-giveaway-open.html" target="_blank">Click Here</a>. Sadly there can only be one winner.<br />
